Atlantic City Blanks Springfield Behind Guerra Wednesday, July 29th, 2026 Jesús Guerra of the Atlantic City Sonics spun his magic on the Springfield Shooters today. He blanked them 15-0 on 3 hits, registering 4 strikeouts and 1 walk. "The bottom line was I just kept the ball down," Guerra said. "My breaking stuff was down. Everything was down." Talking to reporters in the postgame interview, the Atlantic City skipper said, "We got solid pitching, good defense and we took great team at-bats in a lot of different situations. This was just a solid performance by everyone." Up to now Guerra has compiled an ERA of 4.15 with a 7-6 mark over 15 starts.
