Great Week for Vermont's Ramón Gómez Monday, September 14th, 2026 So far in his young career, Ramón Gómez has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the USSL Triple A in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 24-year-old Vermont Lake Monsters shortstop hit at a torrid .500 clip as he collected 3 hits in 6 at-bats, 1 home run, 4 RBIs and 5 runs scored. This season Gómez is batting .294 with 5 home runs. |
