Disaster Chill Moran's Hot Streak Thursday, July 16th, 2026 The Port Royal Disaster pitching did its job today, holding hot-hitting Daryl Moran hitless in 4 at-bats during a 5-4 victory over the Salt Lake City Buzz at Ballpark of Port Royal. This disappointing performance ended his 21-game hitting streak. "I'm a little down right now," Moran said after the game. "I couldn't get anything going when the team needed me, and I hated to see the streak end, too." This season Moran has hit at a .290 clip with 36 RBIs, 6 home runs and 28 runs scored.
