David McJannett Captures 3AAA Award Monday, June 8th, 2026 26-year-old David McJannett made a few Port Royal headlines during this past week as the rookie second baseman proved he could compete at the plate with his high-school idols. He captured the attention of fans, journalists and M3L Triple A officials last week and today took home Player of the Week honors for his effort. He cracked 10 hits in 23 at-bats to put up a .435 average. McJannett collected 3 home runs, 9 RBIs and scored 6 runs. Thus far this season McJannett is hitting .315 with 4 home runs, 21 RBIs and 22 runs scored. He has 35 hits in 111 at-bats and has played in 30 games. |
