Wilder Named 2026 3L Outstanding Hitter Award Winner Wednesday, November 4th, 2026 Hank Wilder has been around Menard's Third League enough to know a good hot streak when he sees one -- and he got to see one firsthand all year. For his standout run through the 2026 season, he's taking home the Outstanding Hitter Award in the Third League. The New Amsterdam shortstop put up a batting average of .345 with 23 doubles, 1 triple, 33 home runs and 102 RBIs. Javier Sánchez of the Rocky Mountain Nuggets finished second in voting, while Melvin Castro of the Chicago Gold Sox finished third. |
