South Beach's Xhaka Snaps Up Player of the Week Monday, July 27th, 2026 The South Beach Blaze received word today that catcher Martinus Xhaka was selected USPL Single A Player of the Week for his stellar performance in last week's games. Xhaka took full advantage of all 16 plate appearances last week as he hit .400 with 6 hits, 2 home runs, 3 RBIs and 3 runs scored. In his stats this season, Xhaka has posted a batting average of .242 with 36 hits in 149 at-bats, 3 home runs and 19 RBIs. He has also scored 16 runs, walked 6 times and compiled a .276 OBP. |
