Rodríguez Sensational, 5-for-6 Saturday, May 9th, 2026 All game long Alameda's Diego Rodríguez was rattling the walls at ACKC Youth Field and banging out base hits against the Athletic Club KC U-21. When the dust finally settled on the diamond, he had a 5-hit day and the Airmen had a 5-3 victory. Speaking with reporters after his standout performance, the 20-year-old center fielder said, "Get 5 hits, win a ballgame, it's nice. I could get used to this." Diego Rodríguez singled in the 1st, grounded out in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, singled in the 6th, walked in the 8th, singled in the 10th and hit a two-run single in the 11th.
