Steve Koch Chosen SA's #1 Player Saturday, September 26th, 2026 Steve Koch took USSL Single A by storm this year and he did it all at the age of 22. For his spectacular campaign, the Put-In-Bay BC star has been named the 2026 USSL Single A Outstanding Hitter Award recipient. "To be considered amongst the best in the league is pretty overwhelming," said the right fielder. On the season he compiled a .315 batting average to go with a .443 on-base percentage. The native of Redstone Arsenal, Alabama also added 17 doubles, 8 triples, 3 home runs, 49 RBIs and 45 runs scored. Todd Sentell of the Mancelona Torch finished second in voting, while Guillermo Arellano of the Louisiana Dragoons finished third. |
