Syracuse Loses Duffy for Season Monday, August 10th, 2026 The news was not unexpected, but that didn't make it easier to accept for the Syracuse Storm: second baseman William Duffy is out for the year. Duffy suffered a broken bone in the elbow on 08/07/2026. The team knew that the chances of seeing him return were slim to none. But today it was made official.
