Middies Win in Glorious Fashion
In a tight contest at Field of the Middies, the Grafton Middies edged the Buckhead Bowties by the score of 7-6. The Grafton Middies' first baseman Mario Ramos, who blasted 1 home run, was named the player of the game. Grafton goes to 47-43, Buckhead to 30-60.

The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the ninth. With two out, Ramos hit a fastball from Joshua Long for a solo home run. The Middies, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.

"I like the roll we're on," said Grafton manager Bill Cefaratti.
