Boddy Delivers Walk-Off Win for Middies
Grafton overcame a superlative game from Kyle Boddy to beat Austin, 3-2. The Austin pitcher took player of the game honors in a losing cause. He threw 8 innings of 4-hit ball. The Middies raised their record to 33-36.

With the bases loaded in the bottom of the eighth, Mario Ramos delivered the knockout blow when he hit a 2-run single to win it for Grafton. In the contest, Ramos was 1 for 4. He drove in 2 runs.

After the game, Grafton manager Bill Cefaratti applauded the team's effort. "They busted their tails out there," he said.
