Rodríguez Throws 2-Hitter En Route to 5-2 Bowties Win
The Buckhead Bowties knocked off the Grafton Middies, 5-2. Buckhead starter Germán Rodríguez pitched well enough to earn top player honors. The win puts the Bowties at 16-29, while the Middies drop to 21-24.

Rodríguez, the winner, is now 4-5. In 9 innings of work, he gave up 1 earned run on 2 hits, while collecting 6 Ks. He basically put the clamps on the Grafton offense.

"Germán was pounding the zone," said Buckhead manager Kerry Hofmeister.
