In the bottom of the 7th, first baseman Mario Ramos gave Grafton the lead when he hit a 3-run home run. The Middies had been trailing 5-3, but the two-out home run off Thunder Bay pitcher Júlio Palma changed that -- and Grafton went on to win.

"It wasn't our best performance," said Ramos, "but a win in this league is nothing to sniff at."
