Yamashita Helps Cattlemen Run Win Streak to 3
A 4-RBI performance from Nobuo Yamashita, who is rated as the 13th best prospect by BNN, helped the Ft. Worth Cattlemen beat the Buckhead Bowties, 12-5. Ft. Worth reliever Juan Sánchez picked up the win to move to 1-0. Joshua Long suffered the loss. Ft. Worth has now won 3 straight, while the Bowties have lost 3 in a row.

Ft. Worth took a 8-5 lead in the bottom of the seventh inning, when Teruo Nakayama hit a clutch 3-run home run to bring Cattlemen fans to their feet.

"It's nice to come out on top today," said Yamashita.
