The Grafton Middies topped the Buckhead Bowties, 7-3, with Mario Ramos playing a big role. Ramos was 4 for 5 with a home run and 3 singles, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once for the Middies in the win. The win moves Grafton to a record of 10-9.

Ramos had a game-changing single in the top of the fourth. On a full count fastball from José Flores, he banged a 2-run single to center, giving the Middies a 4-2 lead. It was the 31st hit of the year for Ramos.
