The Seattle Aviators eeked out a 3-1 win versus the Ft. Worth Cattlemen at The Cattle Pen. Nobody did more than pitcher Ron Stone, who captured player of the game honors. Rex Hood finished the game for Seattle and earned his 5th save. With their winning streak at 4, the Seattle Aviators have raced to a strong start this season.

Seattle took a 3-1 lead on Bobby Christopher's 19th hit of the season. The run-scoring single, which Christopher hit in the top of the eighth, left Ft. Worth pitcher Asher Spivey visibly frustrated.

"When this team comes together and plays the way we can, we can compete with anyone," said Christopher. "I think we're going to keep proving that."
