Cauldrons Rally to Eke Out Win
The Cauldrons took Columbia pitcher Chris Plummerton's best shot and still were able to claim a win at Gators Ballpark. The final score was 3-2. Plummerton went 8 innings and allowed 1 earned run. Hogsmeade reliever Brantford Winstworth III was credited with the win, to go to 2-2. José Fuentes took the loss for Columbia. Hogsmeade has now won 4 games in a row.

Hogsmeade won the game in the bottom of the tenth inning. That's when first baseman Jim Unknown hit a dramatic solo home run, bringing Cauldrons fans to their feet.

In postgame remarks, Unknown simply said: "Here's to a great win!"
