Fans who gathered at Walleye Tank saw a good contest between the Walla Walla Walleye and Washington Generals.

The Walla Walla Walleye picked up a win at Walleye Tank, knocking off the Washington Generals, 5-2. Starting pitcher Ambrose Randall was an essential part of his team's success. Randall got the win, improving to 2-1. He allowed 3 hits and walked 1 over 8 innings. Randall allowed 2 earned runs. José Marroquín earned his 4th save in 5 tries.

Also producing for Walla Walla was second baseman Taylor Landis, who stroked a run-scoring double in the bottom of the third. For the game, Landis went 2 for 4 with a double and a walk.

"Ambrose was pounding the zone," said Walla Walla manager Arturo Chávez.

The Generals drop to 7-12 and continue their inconsistent start to the 2026 season.
