The Yellowknife Dragonblood and Columbia River Rats played an exciting game at The Dragon Den.

Yellowknife Dragonblood starter Fernando Elías was in fine form against the Columbia River Rats at The Dragon Den, leading his team to a 4-3 win. Yellowknife reliever Manuel Torres picked up the win, upping his record to 3-0. Jim Unknown was saddled with the loss.

In the bottom of the 7th, center fielder Andrés Escobar gave Yellowknife the lead when he hit a 2-run home run. The Dragonblood had been trailing 3-2, but the two-out home run off Columbia pitcher Jim Unknown changed that -- and Yellowknife went on to win.

"I'm trying to keep it simple," said Escobar. "Just do my job."

The Yellowknife Dragonblood, now 12-2, have had a terrific start to the season.
