Black Cats Lose, 3-1, at Walleye Tank

The Walla Walla Walleye racked up a win at Walleye Tank, bumping off the Gwinnett County Black Cats, 3-1. Armando Marrero, who started for Walla Walla, pitched effectively for his team. Erasmo Monteagudo was called on to finish, recording his 1st save. The Walleye raised their record to 3-1.
Kenneth Noid broke a 1-1 tie in the bottom of the fourth with a run-scoring sacrifice fly. It put the Walleye in front, 2-1. For the game, Noid went 1 for 3. He drove in 2 runs.
"I'll probably toss and turn tonight," Gwinnett County manager Kenny Billings said following the tough loss.
