Syracuse rode a fine outing from starter Morihiro Sai to victory over the Grim Reapers at The Coffin. The final score was 4-2. The Storm are now 21-29, while the Reapers fall to 27-23.

The most critical at-bat came in the top of the tenth inning. With one out, Eduardo Santos hit a 2-2 curveball from Quinton Richards for a 2-run home run. It put Syracuse in front, 4-2.
