Sai Leads Syracuse to Win
The Syracuse Storm went home winners at Ballpark of Mt. Vernon, thanks in large part to starter Morihiro Sai. Sai silenced the Mt. Vernon Bulls, enabling Syracuse to grab the 7-0 win. The 8th-place Storm improved to 15-27.

Sai tossed 118 pitches over 7.1 innings to clinch the win for the Storm. The right-hander allowed just 4 hits, while racking up 10 strikeouts in the game.

In comments to the Syracuse Citizen, Sai admitted he's been told to improve his work habits. "But," he said, "I know when to take it to another gear."
