Bulls, López Pin Bad Loss on Expos
The Mt. Vernon Bulls thumped the Niagara Falls Expos, 11-1, at Ballpark of Mt. Vernon. António López was a big reason his team got the win. López went 4 for 4 with 2 home runs and 2 doubles. He scored 4 runs and drove in 5. The Bulls now own a record of 8-17.

When the Bulls needed a boost, it was the light-hitting López who delivered. Facing Niagara Falls pitcher Sergio Zamora the bottom of the fourth with a runner on 1st, López hit his 2nd home run of the year. It made the score 4-1.

"I felt good up there," said López. "I saw the ball well."
