1837 BBC Continue Hot Start to Season with Win
|
The Houston 1837 BBC went home winners at Pacesetter Park, thanks in large part to starter Gary Bailey. Bailey silenced the Toledo Stingers, enabling Houston to grab the 2-1 win. The Houston 1837 BBC, now 4-2, have been playing some good baseball.
In the top of the third, Damian Delaney hit a run-scoring single for Houston. The 5th hit of the season for the Houston right fielder put the 1837 BBC on top, 1-0.
"It was a tough night at the plate," said Toledo manager TJ Reynolds.
