Ft. Worth Cattlemen starter Bartolomeu Lio turned in a sterling performance against the Grafton Middies, leading his team to a slim 3-2 win. The win pushes Ft. Worth to a record of 3-3.

The clutch at-bat came in the bottom of the tenth. That's when Ft. Worth designated hitter Joey Morgan, facing Truman Valentine, had a run-scoring walk. It gave the Cattlemen the 3-2 win.

After the game, Ft. Worth manager Scott Thompson applauded the team's effort. "They busted their tails out there," he said.
