Reapers Raise Rally Flag, Beat Niagara Falls, 3-1
|
Grim beat Niagara Falls at Waterfall Park, eking out a 3-1 win. The win was due in large part to pitcher Pedro Adame, who earned player of the game honors. Grim, at 7-2, is off to a blistering start.
The most important at-bat for Grim came in the top of the ninth inning. With two out, Jules Winnfield reached on an error by the 2B, driving in 1 run, putting Grim up, 2-1.
"As well as we've been playing, I think we can play ever better," said Grim manager .
