Castro Sensational for Chukars
|
In a well-pitched game between the Idaho Falls Chukars and the Bellevue Bruins, pitcher Enrique Castro was superb. The Idaho Falls right-hander was named the player of the game in Idaho Falls's 1-0 win. This loss makes it 7 in a row for Bellevue.
Castro made it look effortless. He scattered 1 hit over 7.1 innings, while racking up 9 strikeouts. The Idaho Falls right-hander encountered little resistance from the Bellevue hitters. His season record is now 4-7.
