Caterpillars Get One-Run Win at Galesburg
The Grand Forks Caterpillars defeated the Galesburg Guzzlers, 7-2, in M3L Single A action at Galesburg Field, with Grand Forks shortstop Kel Altagracia named player of the game. The 6th-place Caterpillars improved to 40-39.

Leo Szilard helped his team jump on top from the get-go. His first time up in the top of the first, he cranked a 2-run home run to give Grand Forks a 2-0 lead.

Szilard called the win "a collective effort."
