The Boston Patriots topped the Oakland Oaks, 4-1, in Premier League action at Oakland Coliseum. The player of the game was Boston pitcher and Milwaukee, Wisconsin native Jorge Aguirre. Kyung-un Yi closed the door for Boston, picking up his 4th save of the year. The Patriots, at 61-41, have now won 8 straight.

Brent Ryan didn't waste any time giving his team the lead. His first time up in the top of the first, he cranked a run-scoring triple to put Boston on top, 1-0.

"We'll keep playing hard and let the chips fall where they may," said Boston manager Tyler Carter.
