Behind a solid performance from designated hitter Leonardo Ramírez, the Mercer Island Screaming Eagles defeated the Little Caesars Hot N Readys, 12-7. Ramírez was 3-5 with a home run and 2 singles. He scored 3 runs and drove in 5 for the Screaming Eagles. Mercer Island reliever Ricardo Gómez was the winner. His record is now 2-0. Pat Hunt took the loss.
