Tim Lehman added some punch to the Tacoma offense, helping them outmuscle the Minnesota Loons, 8-7. In the game, Lehman went 4 for 5 with a double and 3 singles, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. The winner was Tacoma reliever Curt Walker, now 1-1. The loser was Domingo Velasco. Ángel Ruíz closed the door for Tacoma, picking up his 5th save of the year.
