Lionheart Field was the site of an exciting ballgame between the Minnesota Loons and the Lannister United Lionhearts.

In a tight contest at Lionheart Field, the Minnesota Loons edged the Lannister United Lionhearts by the score of 7-3. The Minnesota Loons' second baseman José Jarca, who blasted 1 home run, was named the player of the game. The Lannister United Lionhearts, now 3-10, continue their slow start.

Minnesota grabbed the momentum in the top of the fifth, when Jarca hit a 2-run single. His 12th hit put the Loons out in front, 3-2.

"You can't get too high when things go well, or too low when things go bad. Right now, I'm just happy we got the win," Jarca told the Minnesota Daily.
