Nobles Lose, 7-4, at Milton Corner Tavern
The Milton Dogfish Head eeked out a 7-4 win versus the Bakersfield Nobles at Milton Corner Tavern. Nobody did more than shortstop Luis Alomar, who captured player of the game honors. The Dogfish Head are now 42-46, while the Nobles fall to 54-34.

Bryce Bancroft was a key contributor to the win for the Dogfish Head. In the bottom of the seventh with two out, the light-hitting third baseman stroked a single to center. He went 2-4 with 2 singles. He drove in 2 runs.

"Nice to see our side come away with the win," Alomar said after the game.
