Dogfish Head Suffer 7-1 Setback

The Sunset District Fog picked up a win at Milton Corner Tavern, knocking off the Milton Dogfish Head, 7-1. Starting pitcher Rich Wright, who captured player of the game honors, was a big reason why. With the win, the Fog improved to 29-30.
Tied up with the Dogfish Head in the top of the seventh, the Fog got a boost from pinch hitter Rafael Durango. With a runner on 1st, Durango saw a 2-1 fastball from Luis De La Hoya and hit a run-scoring double to break the stalemate and put Sunset District on top, 2-1.
"We were in it," said Milton manager Wes Murray. "We just didn't score enough runs."
