Wizarding Express starter Ralph McKinney was in a rhythm all game. He led his team to a win over the Boston Patriots, 4-1. Dorian Daly closed it out for his 6th save. With the win, the Express improved to 42-40.

The Express got a big at-bat from Steve Dunn. For the game, Dunn went 2-3 with a home run. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. In the bottom of the fourth, with a runner on 2nd, he stroked a 2-run home run. His 9th home run of the season gave Wizarding a 3-1 lead.
