Eldrige Tosses No-Hitter Against Provo
Stanley Eldrige of the Highwood Hawks was certainly the King of the Hill today in the M3L Single A. He really did a number on the Provo Mango -- and that number was zero -- the number of hits he gave up in his 4-0 victory at Mango Yard.

"I can't believe I got a no-hitter!" said an exuberant Eldrige after the game. "That is the last thing you think about when you go out to the mound. You just want to win the game. The toughest part was the last couple of innings. Everybody in the ballpark knows you have a no-hitter, including me. That was the hard part, keeping your focus and concentration while your heart is pounding."

Eldrige recorded 7 strikeouts and 4 walks in his sensational performance.
