Rails Turn Back Polar Bears, 6-4

The Richland Rails and Billings Polar Bears obliged those fans who came to Rails Ballpark looking for a good time.
The Richland Rails defeated the Billings Polar Bears, 6-4, at Rails Ballpark. Richland first baseman Rubén Hernández was named player of the game for his superb performance. He went 2-4 with a home run. He scored 2 runs and drove in 3. Richland reliever Manuel Morales got the win, raising his record to 3-0. Juan Ríos was tagged with the loss.
Richland grabbed control in the bottom of the seventh. With two out and runners on 1st and 2nd, Jasper Otto delivered a run-scoring single, to make it 3-2 in favor of the Rails.
"We did enough to win," said Hernández.
Their 23-23 record puts the Rails 8th in the Menard's AA.
