Big Day by De Sparks Grey Wolves Win
Vancouver and Boston duked it out at Wolf Den in Vancouver and the Grey Wolves came out victorious.

Vancouver second baseman Hieu De picked up 3 ribbies while helping his team beat back the Boston Patriots, 8-4. Even with the win, the Vancouver Grey Wolves have a dismal 21-52 record.

De contributed a big hit, a 3-run home run, for Vancouver in the bottom of the fifth. With his team trailing 3-2, De took a fastball from Alberto Reyes and stroked the home run to right-center. His 4th home run of the season allowed the Grey Wolves to leap in front, 5-3.

"Glad to get this win," said De. "But we need to keep playing at a high level."
