Seawolves Raise Rally Flag, Beat Ottawa, 4-3
|
The Long Island Seawolves topped the Ottawa Nationals, 4-3, with Britt Ducker playing a big role. Ducker went 1 for 2 with a home run and 2 walks, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once for the Seawolves in the win. The Seawolves now have a record of 17-16.
Long Island took the lead in the bottom of the eighth when Ducker hit a 2-run home run. His 2nd home run made the score 4-3, Long Island.
"We'll grab a cold one tonight and go after another win tomorrow," Ducker said.
