The Las Vegas Flamingos got a strong performance from pitcher David Collingwood, who stymied the Kingston Township offense en route to a 2-1 win at The Strip. Shunen Takahashi finished to wrap up his 7th save. With the win, the Flamingos have a record of 56-44.

In the bottom of the 3rd, Las Vegas took the lead on a 2-run double by Sake van Arem. At the time, the Flamingos were trailing 1-0, but van Arem's hit with two outs against Kingston Township pitcher Roger Shaw put them in front, 2-1.

"Win or lose, we pick each other up in this clubhouse," Collingwood told the Las Vegas Today.
