Thundercats first baseman Seishiro Nishimura put his stamp on his team's 6-1 win over the Boston Patriots. Nishimura went 2-4 with a home run and a double. He scored 2 times and drove in 4 for Richardson City in the contest. Richardson City has now won 4 straight.

Nishimura had a game-changing home run in the bottom of the fourth. On a first pitch splitter from Cameron Frye, he banged a grand slam home run to right, giving the Thundercats a 5-1 lead. It was the 12th home run of the year for Nishimura.

"It feels good to get this one," Nishimura told the Richardson City Daily News.
