The Houston BC picked up a win at Psychos Ballpark, knocking off the Florida Men, 8-1. On the mound for Houston was right-hander Bryan Palmer, who played a pivotal role in the win. The third-place BC have won 4 straight.

In the top of the second inning, right fielder Ludovico Trezza came through big-time for the BC. With Houston leading 1-0, he belted a 3-run home run.

"I like our mindset right now," said Houston manager Willis Crawford.
