Walk-Off Seals 58th Victory for Hotspur Reserves
|
Phoenix rode a fine outing from starter Miguel Aguilar to victory over the Pennsauken Flyers at Thunderbirds Stadium. The final score was 3-2. The first-place Phoenix Hotspur Reserves have their sights set on making a deep playoff run.
Jesús González had a productive at-bat for the Hotspur Reserves with no one out in the bottom of the 11th. With runners on 1st and 2nd, the right fielder grounded out. The at-bat was important in the Phoenix win.
"Tough ballgame, tough loss," said Pennsauken manager Wilson Alvarado.
