Tortolita Drummers starter Jorge Rivera was in fine form against the Augusta Timber Hawks at Timber Hawks Ballpark, leading his team to a 6-4 win. The Drummers go to 25-19, putting them 4th in the Silver AAA.

John Moore had the most critical at-bat for Tortolita, coming in the top of the 11th inning with one out and runners on 1st and 2nd. Moore hit a 1-0 cutter from Ben Fleming for a run-scoring double. It put Tortolita in front, 5-4.

"This is a resilient bunch," said Tortolita manager Juan López.
