Hotspur Reserves Deal BC 7-1 Setback
The Phoenix Hotspur Reserves went home winners at Houston Park, thanks in large part to starter Santiago Alonza. Alonza silenced the Houston BC, enabling Phoenix to grab the 7-1 win. The Hotspur Reserves move to 16-12 with the win, while the BC drop to 18-10.

The action was intense with no one out in the bottom of the sixth inning. With runners on 1st and 2nd and Houston trailing 6-0, Santiago Alonza had to face the 22-year old right-handed pitcher Álex Ramírez, who was hoping to turn the game around. It was not to be, as Ramírez flied out.
