Drummers Fall Short at Florida
The Men faced a stiff challenge from Tortolita pitcher Pedro Figueroa, but persevered to claim a win at Psychos Ballpark. The final score was 7-4. Figueroa went 7.2 innings and allowed 4 earned runs. Florida reliever José Ybarra picked up the win, upping his record to 2-0. Jorge Rivera was saddled with the loss. Picking up the save was Pat Pérez, his 1st.

Florida grabbed control in the bottom of the eighth. With two out and runners on 1st and 3rd, Harrison Jones delivered a 2-run triple, to make it 6-4 in favor of the Men.

"We found a way to get it done," Jones said.

Even with the win, the Florida Men have a dismal 7-21 record.
