Supernovas Get One-Run Win at Naperville
The Scranton Supernovas downed the Naperville Battlekings, 8-4, at Constellation Ballpark. The Supernovas were led by Xavier Águila, who captured player of the game honors. He was 2-3 with a triple and a walk. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. The 4th-place Supernovas improved to 41-35.

Águila came through with some timely hitting for Scranton. With the score 2-0 in the top of the first and two down, Águila hit a 0-1 curveball for a 2-run single. It was his 63rd hit of the season -- and a big reason the Supernovas managed to win.

"If we play like this, we can win a lot of games," Águila told the Scranton Gazette.
