The Scranton Supernovas thumped the Brinkley Belugas, 10-2, at Nuclear Stadium. Arturo Rochel was a big reason his team got the win. Rochel went 3-5 with a home run and 2 singles. He scored 2 runs and drove in 3. Getting the save was Ramiro Germán, his 1st. Scranton is 4th in the Menard's AAA with a record of 34-29.

The Supernovas beat the Belugas in part due to timely hitting. Case in point: the single Chris Fries produced in the bottom of the first. Batting against Brinkley pitcher Chae-seong Kim, he gave his team a 3-1 lead when he hit a 2-run single.
