D.C. and Oakland duked it out at Washington Stadium and the Divided came out victorious.

Oakland had no answer for D.C. Divided starter Howard Finch, who flummoxed Oaks hitters as the Divided cruised to a 10-1 victory. With the win, D.C. goes to 18-14, while the Oaks fall to 16-16.

In the bottom of the first, Wilfred McLaughlin hit a 2-run home run for D.C.. The 4th home run of the season for the D.C. right fielder put the Divided on top, 2-0.

"Winning is contagious," said Finch. "We're looking forward to the next game."
