Martínez hits 2 home runs as Express Squeeze Past Athletic Club KC
The Wizarding Express thumped the Athletic Club KC, 10-1, at Athletics Park. António Martínez was a big reason his team got the win. Martínez was 3-4 with 2 home runs, a double, and was hit by a pitch, while adding 4 RBI and scoring twice. Wizarding reliever Lou Meadows got the win, raising his record to 1-0. Juan Torres was tagged with the loss. Wizarding leads the Division I by 3˝ games.

Steve Dunn also delivered for the Express. The veteran catcher belted a grand slam home run in the top of the first. The longball put Wizarding on top, 6-0. Overall, Dunn went 1-4 with a home run, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once.

"The Express definitely had our number," said Athletic Club KC manager Andy Mayfield.
